For all Priests, Deacons, DREs, OCIA leaders and all who are involved in the OCIA program of your parish, you are invited to attend a Virtual Workshop titled: “The New Translation of the OCIA: An Opportunity to Re-envision Catechumenal Ministry” presented by LTP on Oct. 14 beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m.
In addition to surveying the changes in the OCIA ritual text, the Christian initiation ministry coordinators, teams, and catechists of your diocese will assess their current practice of ministry and be inspired to take a renewed approach.
It is encouraged that groups in the parish gather together to participate in the workshop, but it is not mandatory.
We will gather at the St. Joseph Catholic Center, 4400 Coliseum Blvd., Alexandria for the online workshop if anyone wants to join us there.
