Each evening begins with Mass at\u00a05:30 p.m. followed by presentations\/discussions\u00a0until 7:30 p.m.\u00a0presented by pastor Fr. Craig Scott, VG and\u00a0Sharon Metoyerjones, retired educator of 33 years. We will: explore the roots of African-American Catholicism; present a history of racism and its causes and evils; reflect on Pastoral documents of the US Bishops, including\u00a0<em>Brothers and Sisters To Us<\/em>\u00a0(1979)\u00a0and\u00a0its follow-up document\u00a0(2004);\u00a0<em>Open Wide Our Hearts:\u00a0 The Enduring Call to Love<\/em>\u00a0(2018); and\u00a0<em>\u00a0Radiate Christ<\/em>\u00a0(2020); discuss realistic ways to confront and eventually overcome racism.\u00a0For more information, contact Fr.
