SUMMARY:St. Augustine Creole Festival 2019
DESCRIPTION:The St. Augustine Creole Festival begins Friday evening\, Oct. 11 at 6:00 p.m. with a Fish Fry and music by DJ “Butchie Wutchie.” Saturday and Sunday enjoy Creole Cuisine\, games\, and touring the church and cemetery which are on the National Registry of Historic Places.  Masses will be celebrated Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m.

DESCRIPTION:St. Augustine Catholic Church will host their Annual Fair featuring a taste of Creole cuisine\, culture\, and history. Festivities begin with a fish fry on Friday\, Oct. 12 from 6:00-10:00 p.m. and music by DJ Butchie Wutchie. Saturday and Sunday events include music by DJ Doc Couty\, kids games\, country store\, bingo\, Creole foods including chicken gumbo\, turkey dinners\, meat pies\, dirty rice\, hot tamales and home-baked goods and Carnival foods including burgers\, candied apples\, funnel cakes.Visitors are welcome to join in the celebration of Mass: 5:00 p.m.\, Saturday and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
