GROUP REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN. Everything needed to register as a Group Leader, Participant, or Chaperone for the 2012 Conference is listed below. Please email us with any questions at centraloffice@steubenvillesouth.com.

All Group Leaders should have received a booklet in the mail with this information. If you are a Group Leader and did not receive this booklet please contact our office at centraloffice@steubenvillesouth.com if you would like one.

The COST FOR THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE is $150 per person ($110 per person for groups within the Diocese of Alexandria).

GROUP LEADERS:

GROUP REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FIRST, AND THEN CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR GROUP.
PLEASE NOTE you will not be able to manage your event or register individuals on-line for the conference until we have received your group's deposit payment and activated your account.

Review the new Group Leader's Checklist to make sure you have all you need to complete your group's registration! Here are instructions regarding How to Register Your Participants On-line, if you choose to register your group members yourself. You can also use our Group Sign-Up Sheet to gather information from your youth.

There will be a one-time Late Fee of $50 if the Verification form and Notarized Liability Forms are not post-marked by May 25, 2012. Please see our Policies and FAQ page for more information.
