Each year hundreds of individuals volunteer for the conference, helping in various areas. Volunteers attend FREE but must apply by May 25! Please review the Conference Policies and Procedures Booklet and remember to print a Code of Conduct form once you submit your application.

All Volunteers must complete the Volunteer Application and Code of Conduct form, signed by their priest. Volunteer Applications and Code of Conduct forms are due by May 25, 2012!

Volunteers from the Diocese of Alexandria must also complete a VIRTUS Training (if not already completed) and a Background Screening (if not completed for the Diocese of Alexandria within the past 5 years).

Volunteer Housing is available at Rocky Creek Nazarene Camp, Friday and Saturday nights ONLY. Rooms are available for $40 per room per night, for 2 individuals (plus $8 for each additional person; hold up to 4). Linens and towels are provided. Space is limited so please register for housing early!

Trainings are FREE and open to all adults. Prayer Ministers who have attended 3 or more trainings are not required to attend a training this year, though all Prayer Ministers are required to attend the Meeting on June 22.
