The Diocese of Alexandria is committed to providing the youth with ample opportunities to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ in ways such as gathering at rallies and coming together for retreats. We strive to provide our youth with resources to support them in their faith journey and we offer Youth Ministry Counseling to give youth a place to turn in times of need. Our office also seeks to ensure that the youth of our Diocese are led by men and women who are faithful to their relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ by providing training opportunities for leaders and youth ministers.

For those interested in volunteering their time to serve our youth, there are an abundance of opportunities. Our office could use your assistance in youth ministry training, newsletter editing, rally preparation, fundraising efforts, advertising, mailouts, chaperoning, transportation and providing hosting and housing for speakers.

The Office of Religious Formation and Training seeks to guide others into a lifelong encounter with and formation in Jesus Christ. We assist disciples of all ages in their journey to full maturity in the Roman Catholic Church through human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral growth.
